"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

My relationship with my ex ended a few months ago, but recently i have been catching signs that she want the relationship back. I DO want her back, and i read posts and concluded that however enthusiastic she is to me, be cold to her, make yourself a challenge, do not make it clear that you want her.

And i did just that, she calls me on the phone or talk to me on msn and sometimes i would talk to her with little enthusiasm, or sometimes with great interest to leave her the mystery of whether i like her or not. It seemed to work well as she keeps on coming back, desperatelly wanting to know if i do indeed still like her or not. But just this week her enthusiasm appeared to dropped somewhat, she seems to have given up or something, what should i do now?

Continue to be cold to her? Starts to show interest? Next her? But i do want her

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Do you honestly expect her to make the move and get you two out doing something or back together? Games can be ok for getting her interested again but once you have her interest back, which you do, you need to progress or it stays exactly at what it is, a game.

I dont reccomend getting back together with ex GF's but if you don't make a move while her interest is high you will lose it once again since you may not be the only option on the table...or she concludes you don't like her or any number of crazy things chicks make up in their heads.

I mean, what are you waiting for here? If she's "desperatelly wanting to know if i do indeed still like her or not" it's time to take a hint.

Just invite her round to fvck.

If she says no. Then you're better off without her.
If she says yes. Bang her, then leave her.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

A universe...where heartbreak and sadness have bee
Throw on the brakes here a second.

Let's start with WHY you guys broke up, WHO initiated the break-up, and WHY she wants to come back.

Then you have to decide whether you really WANT her back, or whether you're just so empty without a girl that you'll take her back even if you DON'T want her. If it's the latter, then you need your attitude and confidence adjusted.

Finally, when these things have been worked out, THEN you can discuss whether to "play it cool" or "take her back".

This isn't stuff you really NEED our help for. If you're smart, you can figure it out on your own. But if you need help, we're here.

BE FUN

What you need to do is to PLAY HARD TO GET, not be a killjoy.

Hang out with her a bit, give her a taste of how much fun you are, make her laugh, and THEN back off by BEING UNAVAILABLE.

Don't be rude or offensive in any way. Make the limited time she gets with you wonderful, so that she misses you.

Two steps forward, one step back, and you will move CLOSER to you goal.
