When I stumble across the countless pics of fatties or women with physical features I don't like, I've thought so many times to myself "if she lost some weight or got that fixed, I'd date her". Same applies for us men and it's the thing most preached about here. Work on yourself, specifically the things you need to work on. If you're overweight, start dieting and working out. If you have a big nose, look into rhinoplasty. If you have a gap tooth smile? See a dentist. Stop setting yourselves up for failure.

Some people look down on this...don't know why. Nothing wrong with wanting to look better. It's like they think you're not "being yourself", which is totally nonsense. There is no "self", you are malleable just like anything else.
I know. And i expect to get differing opinions about it. But the reality is, we're moving more and more towards a much more superficial society. A good exterior is starting to become a requirement for being able to move on to the next thing with someone.
we are, but.........I only give it a decade before the government interfere and send us back to being kind.....
simple reason is, they didnt think men would bail on relationships due to social media, and they are! Even blue pill guys are starting to talk red pill.
white british males from single parent households, are a disaster to companies, they literally have no social skills no work ethic, and dumb as a box of hammers.
the country needs 2 working children per household to look after its elderly....................

Female Attention is nice but if you think it doesn't come paired with Male Attention you are sorely mistaken... OLD eliminates a lot of that Male Attention, it's nice for sure.
