The gym and doing things there regularly that most people won't ever try once in their entire lives 
İt teaches you that almost every limit that you believe in is a self imposed limit that you can break through with enough work and dedication to your craft. And the willingness to endure enough pain, which is why the vast majority of the people will never get there...they are unwilling to endure the pain.
The gym is a reflection of real life and if you take the lessons you learn there and apply them to your life you will be unstoppable.

i thought about this one. you know the idea of keep it to yourself vs tell others that can also be helped. if just one person takes a look at this for themself because of this message that would be great. as with everything make sure to really look and understand before doing anything.
TRT. if its needed. Across all ages... it can be. We tell men to just do things that make sense. I could not... on many topics. Lots of things are still difficult but it is now effort instead of being lost... Its a way to be someone else; i mean a better version of yourself. happiness now flows instead of running away.
I often translate many men's issues to this because i have lived it, i can clearly see the symptoms and results.

I've learned no matter what seduction tips and tactics you use, the most important thing by a long shot is having solid inner game.
If you feel good about yourself, you don't need any tips and tactics. PUA openers and routines are lame.
If you have confidence issues, feel nervous and/or feel you need to convince them to like you, it will come out in one way or another. She WILL detect it. Women have great perception and intuition, you're not fooling them.
