I'm new to this and have absolutely no idea what 'frame' or 'always play on your frame' or 'You should always keep your frame on women' means.

Frame at the end of the day is self respect and self esteem. You will never break frame if you never disrespect yourself to keep a woman or to keep her happy. Or never allow a woman to treat you worse than you would let anyone else treat you.

Always seek your validation from within and never seek it from women. Live life by your set of principles and don’t break them for women. Maintain strong boundaries. Be abundant in your mind and give validation and value rather than seeking for it. Strong frame.

Frame = Sum total of you

Sum total or Frame = Core values + How you think + how you do things.

Core Values = Ur inherent personality and how you were brought up during ur childhood.

How you think = Basically what you're learnt (also experienced) during ur adult years and it could be heavily influenced by ur Core Values .

How you do things = Influenced by How you think.

Side note: Core values cannot be changed but how you think can be changed.

Frame is how you define reality.
You define your reality and interactions the way YOU want to, you don't let her do it.
She may come in with the idea that you need to win her over, because she has more value than you.
If you buy into that, you're buying into her frame. Like @flowtheory said, you have to keep your self respect.
You have to set your own frame, different guys might have different frames.

Frame is not what you do, it is the way you do it. For example, simpliest, you travel to work daily, it is not the fact that you do it, it is how you do it. How you say hi every morning, everything. It is how you present yourself.

Who you are and what you want.

If you find yourself "outside your 'frame'", that means you are compromising. Nothing wrong with compromising, but understand that when this happens, you have to be getting something for your efforts. If you don't, then you will slowly find yourself morphing into a hyper pleasing, pvssy worshiping, little b!tch.

When a woman is "inside your 'frame'", she is the one compromising.... and you as a man should reward her for this. If a chick is never willing to compromise, dump her @ss, because she doesn't really like you.... she is just using you.

Very well put, and this here is the key distinction that I think will help a lot of guys understand the difference between compromise and just doing something a girl wants.

You can't change ur childhood.

That's why core values can't be change, it's always present.

You can’t change your childhood. But you can change the interpretations. It comes down to illuminating and unravelling a set of beliefs formed at a very early age and how to offset that continuing forward.

Change is possible, otherwise many people who grew up in poor conditions would perpetually be victims and make poor choices corilated with that of their childhood. Separating what was done to a person and how a person reacted based on knowledge at that point is where the work is to be done.
Some things will remain fixed; actions. The brain is plastic and so one is able to, with enough will and direction, form a new sense of self. Disassociating with old aspects of ourselves requires surrendering completely and letting the past dissolve.

Yesterday does not mean it has to be the same as today. People behave in the ways they do because they are not mindful; much of people’s actions are subconscious and on auto pilot. Daily micro traumas to a certain area will dissolve old patterns, making way for change. But by no means is this easy as the trench of oneself is quite deep as it’s many years of being.

It cannot dissolve, it will always be there but it can be superseded within reason with a new mindset.

Core values = Inherent Personality (born with) + what your learn when ur brain was forming.

If u r an expressive, you can't change into a dominant, if u try you'll come off as fake or over compensating.

What u were thought in ur childhood by ur parents will subconsciously be embedded in ur brain, its always there.

Right. But I can change the interpretation of my childhood. No different than I can change the interpretation of a fallout with another person and why it got there; different areas can be brought in to light. Very rarely is one thing just as it seems.

The mountain changes from each side of view.

Sometimes in life we just have to change our perspective on some things.

Perception = how you think

It is not ur core values.

But yes, how you think if its inline with inherent personality can supersede core values.

How you think is related to the core of oneself. Subconscious behaviour stems from core values.

True.

But remember core values stems from 2 points of origin.

1. Ur inherent traits (as u r an expressive)

2. Teachings in childhood (what you learn/experienced from family, friends, enemies, teachers).

No. 1 can't be change but can be fine tuned as you're done by recognising it and diverting excess expressives energy towards other pursuits.

No. 2 can't be changed as is has happened in the past but it can be subverted or superseded by a superior mindset.

Frame works like this = core values < how you think < how you do things = results

Seems like guys are nailing it: integrity; character; self-respect. Those are top-notch qualities that will draw any woman's attention.
Many people when trying to develop a new self overlook these three. But they are the foundation. Many can confuse personality with character especially. So many will try to rebuild their personality hoping for different results; however that is short term - the people who subscribe to formulas and read books on how to game women.

Character is where the root of all stems from. And self respect is given to ones self when we believe we are aligned at a base level. Integrity is the general overseeing aspects of ones morals and principles.

What the rest of you guys r talking about is mindset. The right kind of mindset.

How you think.

That's just one component of frame.
