"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Ok. Heres the deal. A girl i know who works in the same biulding as me and i have sort of struck up a friendship over the last few months or so. I actually met her like a year ago, but had some pretty awkward conversations that i forced and thought things were going nowhere.

However in the last month i have noticed some changes;

Normally if i was with someone else who actually works with her (i am friends with a couple of her managers) she would almost seem that she doesnt know me, or doesnt want to talk at all, and try to escape the situation or get me to leave it.

This has totally stopped as i was with one of her bosses the other day and she came into the office (as she does when her shift is over, hand in money etc) and we seemed to get along, almost kind of flirting. ie she made a joke about my name as we were referring to my bad score in the footy tipping, also she was checking the chart and i went to look at it as well and without realising i stood directly close to her, she didnt move at all, even prolonged the conversati0n by pointing out a couple of her good scores throughout the year.

Anyway there have been a few times where ive had the chance to walk her to where she is picked up from work, and it sometimes seems like she is moving close to me.

The main one that makes me think was the last time we spoke, she was excited about going somewhere on the weekend and kept closing in towards me to the point where i took slight steps away. This happened as we were walking, also as we stood.

Ive actually been meaning to ask her out but the opportunity for a natural suggestion hasnt been there so ive avoided it, more than likely acting apprehensive.

It does seem like we are kind of just friends but there have been times where i feel like theres some tension in the air. Like if we are walking towards each other we smile before we are within talking distance.

What would you do?

P.S. I will be seeing her again in like 2 days.

P.P.S. I cant believe a forum like this actually exists :cheer:

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Go for it man. It's easier when you do it earlier. If you would to wait too long, the two of you could become too comfortable with what's been going on and trying to bring things to the next level could seem awkward and weird. Plus if you would to wait too long before going for it and she rejects you, it'll be harder for you to get over it. So go for it early.

^^^^^These guys know what they are talking about, I had to learn the hard way, so take it from someone who had to learn the hard way: Get her number, ask her out on a date, get her back to your house, and see where it goes from there. As for me, I am stuck in the friend zone.......

I've noticed this was your first post, may I be so bold as to suggest that you skim throu the things on this page. http://www.jbspencer.com/djb/ and also this page http://www.sosuave.com/halloffame/default.htm Just a thought;) It might save you some trouble down the road.

As for your lady friend, I'm not quiet sure she wan'ts you "romanticley". I mean, her standing close to you dosen't suggest anything other then; that she is comforatable around you..... I supose you can try it out and ask her out, but it might get kinda wierd after....

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
