WTF this is after her flirting with me and stuff.hey! i have been having a lot of fun hangin out with you too. But i think you should know that im not looking for a relationship. i dont want to lead you on.
Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
She is not interested. If she were, she wouldn't have said this. Basically she flirted with you because she is an attention wh*re.Paintballguy said:WTF this is after her flirting with me and stuff.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

If it was at a high point of your interaction with her, she may have been testing you, in which case it matters much more how you responded. In that situation, I would have said something that questioned why she brought it up. I would have turned the tables and simply asked why she even brought the subject up.
On the other hand, if it occured at some point in which you were pursuing her, such as asking for a date, I would assume low interest and take a few steps back untill it's her that's pursuing you.
I just really dont want a commitment at all right now and i didnt know what you were thinking so i just wanted to tell you where i was coming from before things got complicated.
I have no idea... I kissed her two times. Usually girls dont keep hanging out with you and let you kiss them if they dont like you.Kings_royalty said:I just really dont want a commitment at all right now and i didnt know what you were thinking so i just wanted to tell you where i was coming from before things got complicated.
It's possible that things were going along fine but something happened that turned her off. Was it something that you did? Possibly.
My response would have been...
'Hey, hey...hold on a second. Who said anything about dating, much less a commitment; I was just having some fun girl, you need to relax'.
i really just want to be single i was in a serious relationship that didnt end the best and i just want a break from that and to be able to do what i want and not hurt someone else in the process. i think your an awesome guy its just not good timing and thats not fair to you.

I think you are right.... after she said thisKings_royalty said:It doesn’t matter if she likes you or not bro (she was obviously into you); it's the comment that needs to be addressed. How you react to those types of ‘tests’ will define your relationship with her.
Her comment was an opportunity in disguise, an opportunity for you to set the frame and position yourself as the lead.
Personally, I LOVE those types of comments from women, they are lots of fun.![]()
I replied with "well it doesnt mean we still can't hangout and have fun"i really just want to be single i was in a serious relationship that didnt end the best and i just want a break from that and to be able to do what i want and not hurt someone else in the process. i think your an awesome guy its just not good timing and thats not fair to you.
Hit the nail on the head.. What she said was nothing to have a man period over.. It was a b*tch test pure and simple..A common one at that, and it wouldve been possible to pass it in my opinionKings_royalty said:I just really dont want a commitment at all right now and i didnt know what you were thinking so i just wanted to tell you where i was coming from before things got complicated.

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
and I think I have passed it honestly... Here are the emails.anointed said:Hit the nail on the head.. What she said was nothing to have a man period over.. It was a b*tch test pure and simple..A common one at that, and it wouldve been possible to pass it in my opinion
What she's really thinking, "I'm kinda attracted to you, but I think you're starting to wuss out on me here. Let's see what happens if I toss some gas on the fire. A real man won't flinch, but a wuss will run like a little red headed girl."hey! i have been having a lot of fun hangin out with you too. But i think you should know that im not looking for a relationship. i dont want to lead you on.
What she really meant to say was this "I don't want to look bad by telling you I'm not attracted to you, so I'm going to lie to you to make you feel better about the entire situation. If you still want to be an emotional tampon for me to cry to when my girlfriends are all busy then that's great. But... we need to make this perfectly clear, no part of you is ever coming anywhere near my v@gina... EVER!"HB: i really just want to be single i was in a serious relationship that didnt end the best and i just want a break from that and to be able to do what i want and not hurt someone else in the process. i think your an awesome guy its just not good timing and thats not fair to you.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
