"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

When a girl says good things about you continuously? Like wow....I like your hair.....then...I like your shirt....you look good.....and lastly.....you smell really good....what do you use? And we're not even dating  . She's actually my childhood friend in fact. Of course I answered using C&F statements and never even thanked her for the compliments!! Is this a test?

Another Q.....what do you do when you're stuck a girl who has low self esteem and is stuck to you even if you're extra "nice"? I thought being nice pisses girls off  !!

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Woah! Relax! If a girl complements you like that she is into you, big time. Wait until she starts wearing things you wear around like your jacket or hat or something, and you'll see what I mean.

You really don't have to say much back to those statements. If you are going to say thank you back to her say it once and only once, and if she keeps repeating them then use it as an opporunity to kino or get closer.

There are diffrent definitions of nice. Nice could mean something as simple as people meerly enjoying your presence or it can mean that you are a supplicating wuss. It just depends on context.

If you don't like her tell her "I see you as a sister," or "Woah! You act just like my sister!" Do that enough times she will get the hint.

Woah....ok well she's not my type anyway. I'll use her for practice ;). Thanks for the replies.

Regarding the second Q, this is a different girl by the way, she's an ex who is sorta back in a r/s with me. To cut the long story short....she's just not for me. So other than telling her she's just like a sis, what else is there I can do? Oh and what's kino?

Well, that best way that she will understand is to just say she is like your sister, but if you don't let her know somehow it could appear that you are leading her on, which is something you don't want to do if you like the honest gentleman image.

Kino is kinesthetics, it's the art of touching to break barriers so someone can feel comfortable in your personal space, and vice versa.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
