“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I try to avoid sweatshirts for some reason, unless they are the nice ones with zippers (American Eagle, Abercrombie types). Usually I go for a long casual shirt (not tshirt) or polos with occasion track jackets based on weather. Usually nice jeans.

Yeah I usually do a polo shirt with jeans/khakis. Sometimes a button up if I feel fancy... and I keep it rare so that all my girl friends continue to compliment me when I do dress up.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I never wear a collared shirt, flip flops, crocs, jeans(unless its cold but im in the hottest place in AMerica). I like comfort. I dont like to dress up for school, i think its stupid. Girls do that. t shirt gym shorts and nikes. cant go wrong

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Depends on how I'm feeeeeeling. Sometimes shorts and a t-shirt and barefoot (come straight from the gym showers, smelling nice... but still smelling like I've been training)... Other times I like to wear a nice collared shirt, nice jeans and good shoes (matching the shirt). I've got a few combinations of loafers/sneakers/jeans/shirts that all work.

Tomorrow is a shorts, t-shirt and barefoot day though :)

blazer and jeans, with graphics tee, or dress shirt, or polo and jeans...the preppy look in general. simple colours and brand name helps a lot in college.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Barefoot? How far do you get?

I don't know about the U.K., or London in particular, but here you need to wear shoes or at least some sort of footwear in most places. Are you familiar with the phrase "No shirt, no shoes, no service?"

I studied mostly in NZ - A forward thinking nation where it's socially acceptable to walk around a university campus barefoot or wearing a wifebeater, or just about whatever :D - Get away with it in the UK too, mostly "because he's a Kiwi and they just do that sh1t" :D - There's places at most universities where it's necessary to wear shoes, such as laboratories - But lecture theatres, offices and libraries are usually OK for me :woo:

There's places (outside of universities) which will require shoes and tidy dress - mostly only restaurants and bars/nightclubs. In summer, I'll happily go to the supermarket or walk round town with no shoes on - Why not? I can still look good by wearing nice sunglasses, tidy t-shirt and nice shorts.

That's cool. I was just wondering.

Around here I've never seen anyone do it. Personally, I wouldn't be caught dead without shoes. But, more power to you.
