I think that's very impressive. Here's a guy who is pushing his body to the utmost limit, and even though he isn't "big," his lifts and his physique let you know that he works extremely hard.

Very motivational. Just don't copy his pull up form.

i dont think his goal is to be big, just powerful. i tihnk it's clear that he wants to stay small, if he is at 158 lifting 300-400
