Best Max ever was 380... i was 260 pds at the time... Now im 190 and can Max 290

But you obviously do or you wouldn't have taken the trouble to read the thread let alone respond to it - twice.

I find this stuff quite interesting. Gives me an indication of what kind of lifters we have on the board.

Our coach really looks down on guys who put more pride in their bench than their squat or power clean because it is not as important as them. After a bad knee injury and breaking my ankle I have gotten up to 335 on squat and 200 on power clean. Still have a long way to go.

Again, good stuff. Very respectable at such a young age. If you ain't too chubby 215 at age 16 and your height is great. Your lifts are good and can only get better. I find power cleans shoot up once you can really nail the technique. Keep it up!
