I can't really tolorate too many steaks too often but ground beef I can tolorate just fine and pretty much eat everyday.Everything from burritos to tacos,pasta,burgers,meat loaf,salsbury steaks,nachos etc. I'll maybe eat a nice steak once a week,twice at the most- seems to tie my stomach in knots,don't really like it fleshy and red,prefer it at least medium. what about you guys? is ground beef really the ultimate quick protein food? I once made beef bars,kinda like a protein bar but that didn't work out too well :nervous:
The cool thing about ground beef is that you can buy a big hunk of it,partion it,freeze and leave whatever ammount in the fridge.It's soo economical you can make nearly anything with it.
