I was in Dubai in a pool, swimming lengths, and I noticed this drop-dead gorgeous Arab girl sunbathing on the edge of the pool, she was like HB 11+ absolutely amazing.
I must have sub-consciously been giving her looks while I was resting at the end of the pool where she was sun bathing, she got up and came over to me and said something in Arabic (I'm tanned, and look somewhat Arabic), I could make out 'telephone number', which she said in English.
I replied "Sorry, I don't speak Arabic", and she responds with a disappointed sound, like 'uhhhhhhh' and lies back down... I just continued swimming...
She was stunning....
What would you have done?

Except body language.

Ultimately, everyone would have loved to give her a wink, take her hand, and lead her up to your hotel room without a word being said.

Physical contact to build an instant rapport with her (without the aid of words) would have been just about your only option. Unless you can click your fingers and have her english-speaking-but-equally-so-hot-friend appear and lavish you with all their exotic moves.

Still, take it as a positive. This stunner wanted you. She liked what she saw. Now go bag yourself a few english speaking hotties.

I was in the pool, whilst she was standing on the edge, so physical contact short of pulling her by the feet into the pool would not have been possible! ;)
The think is I'm pretty sure she did speak English, after all she definatly said 'phone number' in English... Every Arab I've experinced in Dubai does speak English... quite often Arab men speak to me, and I say I don't speak English, they usualy respond with, 'where are you from?'. I think the fact that I did not speak arabic was a big turn off for her! :down:

What she said sounded something like: (she said something else in the middle but I forgot) Maybe some arabic speakers can translate..?

lol... I got a 1:1 from Kings College London and a 1st class MBA from Insead... Trust me, I remember.
