Anybody else have a problem with carrying around a working pen?

When I put a pen in my pants pocket it either leaks or stops working after a few days. So I've resorted to carrying around a pencil!

They sell these teeny tiny pens (about the size of those pencils you keep score with at like a minigolf place)... I think they are made especially for people going out looking for numbers. At one point in my life I used to carry a few tiny slips of paper with my number on it... just in case... now I just have my business card (oh god how lame is it to drop a card on someone...?) but I do that more to promote myself, not to give out my number. With cellphones today, it's rare that you even need a pen to give or get a number anymore.

As for what I always carry with ME... as a female, I have the benefit of being able to carry a purse (although I hate them because they are so annoying)... I try to carry the smallest possible... I actually have one so tiny that it only fits my cellphone, my ID, and a few dollars. Depending on the size of my bag, depends on what I carry... but no matter what I always always have...

my ID & an ATM/Debit/Credit card
some cash
listerine strips or gum
condoms

If there's more room I might also have ...
a pic of my kid
business cards
keys (I usually hide one around my property rather than carry)
lipstick
lollipop (yes I have an oral fixation problem)

I've always been curious how people carry condoms around...you're not supposed to carry them in your pocket cuz they heat up and break down, and I've heard the same thing about the glovebox in summer.

It's easier for girls because we have purses... but for some strange reason a lot of girls don't carry them around at all...

I wouldn't trust a condom from a girl in a million years. NEVER. I have heard SEVERAL horror stories about girls PURPOSELY punching pin holes threw. I tried it my self to see how noticable the hole was, and you would never see it. No F'in way. Sorry girls.

Wallet with cash, I.D., credit card, car insurance/title and condom(I re-use them so often, they don't go bad in my wallet. A condom will be PERFECTLY fine in a wallet for up to a month. I go threw them so fast I don't need to worry. Im sure you have heard about the no-wallet condom theory, but thats for guys that leave them in there forever. Shagging on a regular basis, they will be fine.)
