"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Im going to ask this girl out on monday, and if i get rejected i want to have somthing good to say.like somthing that will make her realize she just lost somthing good. You know something that will make her rethink her choice. I think she will say yes but i want a backup plan.(just in case)

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Say exactly these words:

You: Hey HB, im going to the mall this weekend, want to tag along............Or if you can't handle the fun.
Her: (if she says no) I guess you can't handle the fun.

Act like you're not bothered. Don't say "Your loss" or similar, it makes you sound bitter.

You should take rejection as smooth as possible, and don't change your behaviour around her too much.

I dont see anything wrong with saying "Your loss"... if the guy wants her to feel that it IS her loss. Anyways that line doesnt even work (which brings me to the last paragraph of this reply) so yeah.

If you want her to rethink her choice then you can say:
"Well...You're the one missing out.."

then you simply leave.

Theres not much you can say or do if a girl rejects you. At least not that i know of. Your best bet is to say something on the lines of what whyshy wrote.
