Instead of focusing on the negative, let's focus on the positive. Many of us have improved ourselves, but what are the areas that didn't need much improving? What seemed to come natural to you regarding your behavior with women even when you were AFC?

For me:
- Cutting all contact when I got dumped
- Kino (after I hung around women who hugged their friends)
