What constitutes Alpha frame

I hear the term frame and Alpha male tossed around a lot. What are some keys to having and keeping an alpha frame when dealing with women?

Frame is essentially your mental position in relation to a woman. Are you running the show or is she? Do you hold your position or do you deviate from it? Does her position take priority over yours or not?

If you have a weak frame you'll find yourself deviating from your intended position. Say you have read up on what to do differently regarding women, you know what to do in some situations, but when those situations arise you slip back into old habits (which you know doesn't work). You know what you want, but fail to act properly on it.

Having no frame at all is essentially the same as having no will, no preference, no position. If she does have a position she will absolutely walk all over you like a doormat. You don't know what you want, she does and so she controls the frame.

Alpha is a bit more controversial in terms of what that specifically means, but simply put it's a man who can lead as opposed to a beta who is being lead. The alpha has strong frame, he leads, he knows what he wants and if he isn't getting it from a particular woman he will walk. The beta has weak or no frame, even if he knows what he wants he doesn't take much action on it and he fears losing his one option, so he's reduced to hoping she will lead him into her gilded poon.

Your own man: you answer to NO ONE
Dignity / Self-Respect
Integrity
Comfortable being alone
Abundance Mindset in all facets of life, not just women; money, job, relationships
Continual Self-Improvement: health, money, goals, relationships

That is a very hard question. Mainly because it is more of an ideal and mindset than anything slightly tangible.

To us (Modern Man Advice) the biggest is to set clear internal and external boundaries. So being able to say NO, and stop pleasing people. Something we call Walk Your Own Path.

But it is a mindset that you develop over time when you truly discover and cement your self-worth. From there it ramifies into so many aspects of behavior. Some of which were mentioned above.

I have to disagree because I think you are describing more of a Sigma male than alpha male. An alpha male just like Mufasa from Lion King has to answer, defend, and represent people so he's not his own man and can't be alone. Alpha males are elected and chosen by other people so you can't just outright say you are alpha male.

It's a mindset, not a vocation. Many/most Alphas are loners. Every axiom has truth to it. Like, "It's lonely at the top." Leaders are respected and revered, but may not be well-liked like the docile, over-pleasing, nice guy beta.
