I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
Alpha you have to be in both, the difference striving in how much control of the girl you decide to take. In STR, you just look for overtaking her physically, on LTR, you want to own her physically, mentally, emotionally, socially...depending on how far you are into compromise. The more comprise you give to her, the more control she should gave up to you.Well short term game, you can always be less uptight about being "alpha" and look just to have fun. That is the ultimate goal. But in an LTR, you have to look to be the leader and rock in the relationship. You set ground rules, boundries, etc.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
If you gotta put up with crap in a long term relationship, then clearly you've picked a bad chick. Being financially secure (aka having money) is generally a good idea with or without a woman. If the woman you've picked for long term relationship depends on your money, then again you've clearly picked a bad chick.Short term: whether you get her off, muscles, social status
Long term: money, putting up with her crap
I hate the word 'game'. It's the worst word for seducing woman. If you have to 'game' short term to have sex, you are pretending to be someone you are not to get something you want. If you have 'game' long term for a LTR, again you are pretending to be someone you are not.Basically game between the initial stages/fling/ONS etc vs an LTR, marriage etc
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
I find this to be the opposite. In order to get a ONS (at least around these parts), it seems to me that you gotta be on top of your game at all times. You need to be alpha. But it an LTR she might think that you aren't as interested in her so you gotta give a little. How much depends on the specific girl and the situation, but you still gotta give a bit or else she'll think that you don't care about her at all. This is just throughout my experience anyways.Well short term game, you can always be less uptight about being "alpha" and look just to have fun. That is the ultimate goal. But in an LTR, you have to look to be the leader and rock in the relationship. You set ground rules, boundries, etc.
Yep... that's it.Short-term: Pretend you're too good to lose.
Long-term: Genuinely be too good to lose.
