“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

For those who are not familiar with the term, Calisthenics refer to body weight exercises like push ups, sit ups, dips etc.

Having spend months on the H&F forum, i know that these exercises are nothing compared to Squats, Deadlifts, Bench when one is trying to bulk. However, should they eventually have a place in our routines (post bulk)? I dunno, maybe when we're trying to cut can we use them to maintain our strength? What is the low-down on Calisthenics and what are the benefits of it?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

a place in your routine...not if you mean in your lifting routine.

they're an alternative, for when you can't/won't put the time & effort into being at the gym. and potentially just as effective as a poorly thought-out or executed gym routine, especially if you're not matching your gym work with proper diet.

I'm not interested in bulking but I AM interested in strength so I perform calisthenics all the time right alongside benching, barbell t-bar row, dLs, etc. Don't underestimate the importance of calisthenics.
