I was wondering what are some good arm measurements for a man 6-3 210 as far as bicep sizes and also chest size?
Thanks

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Measurements mean nothing, trust me. You can be fat and have 18" arms for all the wrong reasons. Let ask you this; I'm 5 7" and have 15" arms flexed now my bodyfat is somewhere between 9-14%(You can see mild seperation between my muscles). I know someone who is my height but has 15" at 15-20% bf area(No muscle seperation rather big bumps),who's would you have? Bodyfat means more then measurements. The more cut you are the bigger you look.

my forearms are HUGE , they are my best featureSkilla_Staz said:Your upper and lower bicep? Mexi...you do know that your bicep is split into two muscles that are NEXT to eachother, not above and below...
Do you mean your forearm?

LoneSilver said:At your height Mex your arms properly look massive cause most people don't see themselves as others see them but I believe reverse curls will hit the lower bicep if I am not mistaken and you don't need a lot of weight either.
