"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I believe 22. Generally people say at 18 you mature. But 22 is when you stop growing.

I've done some research not so long ago and I remember it saying at age 21 you are fully mature.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

really depends on person. genetics obviously dictate this.

I stopped height wise at age 17. Some kids do so considerably earlyer.

It is generally around the age of 21. Even if you stop growing taller at 18, your endocrine system is most likely still developing.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Your epiphyseal plates fully ossify around the age of 25, which is when it is physically impossible for your long bones to grow in length anymore.

My dad was still growing (height wise) when he was 23, however I did all the growing I was going to from ages 12 to 14 (I'm 21 now, so I don't think I'm going to get much bigger). Just depends on the person I guess.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Depends. I was 6'1 at age 14 or 15, and I'm still 6'1 today. I stopped growing earlier than ANYBODY I know (freak genes - my dad stopped at 16), but it took me from that point on to actually grow into my body as well - I went from a fat, clumsy kid to a big, athletic guy.

To be more specific, the last things to fuse are parts of your sacrum (they can go on til past 32 years of age) but this really doesnt contribute to height. From what I can tell, the absolutly latest thing that can still grow that will contribute to heights (note that this really depends on genetics) is your femur, which the latest complete obliteration time is about 23 years old. So I would say that the absolutly latest time to continue to grow would be about 22, which would be RIGHT before epiphyseal fusion occurs in the trochanter of the femur (the heads).

(note: I am studying for an exam in BAA forensic anthropology that I have tomorrow, hahahahah)
