I feel that the 20s thing is a bit dicey since tons of early thirties guys can easily pass for twenties and plus, late twenties and early thirties are kind of the same for me. I see. From my observations, it differs on quality too. It seems like more of the uglier cougars try to play up more to the porn memes of old woman chasing college kid. The better looking ones just want the hottest piece of whatever they can get their hands on, to them, 10 years younger is young. Then again, I don't think people ever specify when they say cougars chase young guys and it seems like "young" is super subjective in American society.
If the guy is 18-19 that would be even more cougar.
They don't always have to be attractive, just bangable on a slow night.
