In my view, atleast 30 mints proper exercise is must.

Without proper sleep, everything else you are doing becomes harder. Essentially you are playing life and fitness on hard mode lacking sleep.

Absolutely. Sleep is the foundation, it really is the one habit that makes every other habit easier.

Pretend there are 2 identical people from the same exact starting point. Person 1 has perfect sleep, but insists on following a pretty standard/exercise/diet routine. Person 2 has horrible sleep, but insists on following a super structured and challenging diet/exercise routine.

If you ran this experiment 1 billion times across each ten year span, person 1 will be more healthy and fit 100% of the time.
