“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

So I’m still here in The Philippines and during the evening, I like to go to the park and just chill out…..

While I was there, I observed a group of guys playing basketball for the first time in months. Now mind you, Filipino dudes tend to be smaller in height, but these dudes who were playing weren’t no scrubs.

Some of them were actually 6 ft tall and above and were super quick and athletic. During a fast break, that got me thinking of my knee problems and that I’m in my mid 30’s, slow and not as fast as I’m use to.

I use to play all the time when I was a teenager and in my 20s. I haven’t played a pick up game in two years.

Not only that, but my interest has dwindled a bit. I’m more interested in taking up more peaceful and leisurely activities like solitary cycling. It seems super chill and peaceful.

But anyways, watching those group of guys play sometime, reminds me of my growing mortality. I’m sure a couple of older dudes here can relate when they’re watching the sport of their youth in person.

Just wanted to vent.

I notice something similar but not necessarily in physical terms but more in mental ones.

I find myself less and less patient for team sports or any sport I have to cooperate with others which is why I now simply hit the gym and pratice MMA.

And when it comes of mma it's annoying as F to train new techniques unless I know the other guy really well.
