What's the deal with this?

Note, I'm just starting my diet and drinking tons of water. Does this have anything to do with it?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

It happens. I've never dropped that much weight, but I did come close once dropping 5.5lbs overnight. Depends on how much you drink, how many times you piss, how much you sleep, and how big your morning #2 is lol.

Maybe a pound of water lost through evaporation
Then 3 pounds of spagghetti got converted to much less fat
Then you peed out a pound...

Or maybe your scale is just broken. lol

Who knows what I do in my sleep...:whistle:

I'm not sure of the consistancy as I have just started this diet within the past couple of weeks (pain in the a$$ by the way). I'll check my weight for the next few nights and see what happens.

I thought it could be a scale malfunction but it's new and has been accurate every other time. Don't see how it could screw up one time.

Actually you were always probably in that 172-74 zone but you weighted yourself in the wrong time. You are always the heaviest in the evening because it has to do with the amount of food you ate through out the day. Therefore some nights you probably got up to 177lbs range and that particular night you ate alot and got up to 180 (some food actually help to speed up metabolism as well, in it comes out it goes.)

Solution? always weigh yourself in the morning, that is your true weight.
