I had a successful year last year I made only 34000 could of made more dollars but fell like I'm struggling in areas. I thankful to still be able to live with my mom but I'm ready for my own house and freedom. I usually mess up when a girl comes around but I'm ready to do some decent things in life. Reading and applying the Dj bible is nice but I need a home first

First off congratulations on the success so far.

Second, get your financials in order before doing anything stupid like taking on additional payments that you cannot afford. Id research this area thoroughly. Its not like you just wake up and "buy a house".

Always THINK things through. Whatever you are thinking of, think of it as a tattoo you are about to get. You obviously wouldn't walk into a place and get a tramp stamp - you'd take the time to find a reputable place, the tattoo you want and then the ultimate committment.
