When it comes to my mid-section, I Have no "love handles"
The sides of my stomach area have no fat, i can barely pinch anything. When it comes to my stomach, i have a freakin bellyy and I cant get rid of itttttt, my upper stomach near my ribs is fine, i can actually see some sort of ab lining there, i also have the lining underneath my stomach. I dont get it? wtf am i doing wrong? what should i be doing?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

eating less, or running more, or both,
and
lifting weights.

and if you want more... eat good food.

research bodyfat. if you want abs to show you need low bodyfat.

I am in the same situation as you. my upper abs look good, lower i have some fat. but i am also bulking like mad..so that figures..
