weird prob with online/reallife

ok so basicly i met this girl
and i just talk to her a bit in school every now and then
and then i findher face book randomly and start talking to her online

ok so then i get sick and im basicly at home for 4 days doing nothing but aim.
and in those 4 aims i talked to her a massive amount. awsume convos and even some deep stuff with the past or w/e

and so i asked her to ice skating and of course she said sure.

and at ice skating it was REALLY awkward, mutually.
cause basicly the good online convos kinda set a standerd for the date and it made us both a lil weird. and the date sorta sucked. not AMAZINGLY bad but.. bad lol..

anyway so after that (happened about 3 days ago) lately even our convos online are lame..

how do i end the weirdness?

im thinking gotta catch up reallife stuff to online stuff.. maybe a kiss?

things like this usually happens. take action now! nows the time. talk to her on aim, but dont overdo it. some time, when you feel is right, tell her she should go out for some ice cream with you (sounds kinda lame, i usually recommend fun dates, not the usual typical stuff), but anyways, be relaxed, make her laugh and giggle. keep eye contact and keep it sexual! ;] have fun

I was in a simmilar situation a cpl weeks ago, I know this girl who i only see every 6 months or so because we live rather far apart and are both often busy. We talk online nearly every day and txt eachother constantly with great convos, well eventually we managed to arrange for her to come over for dinner one night but when she came it was really awkward and she was very tense/nervous. You basically just have to ignore it and act exactly the same as you do online and keep at it untill the weirdness breaks.

The way I did it that day was when we were sittin on my bed, watching a movie I got up and went to the bathroom. When I came back in i just closed the door and stood there leaning against the wall staring deep into her eyes. Eventually she asked what I was doing and I simply replied "Just trying to think of the best way to get you to relax and lie down so I can kiss you" at which point she laughed and I just went for it and kissed her mid laugh. She was surprised at first but then got into it and the awkwardness was gone.
