I've been going to the gym for about 10 weeks now. Although I've seen a substantial increase in my strength - I'm benching 50lbs more now than when I started - I'm still relatively the same size.

I understand that this is true because my caloric intake isn't high enough. Would it be a good idea for me to purchase and use a weight gainer or MRP to augment my caloric intake? If so, what kind?

No, it'd be better to eat more food.

If you've got money to burn, then buy a
good sack of meat.

Or preferably, the whole cow, put it on a spit-roast and get one of those electric hedge-trimmers, just shave off steaks as you need them.

Commercial weight-gainers are nothing but a waste of money.

DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE ANABOLIC QUALITIES OF GOOD PLAIN FOOD. EVER.

Yeah, food is the best way to get nutrients etc. However, my schedule is ridiculously busy and doesn't lend itself well to cooking.

Listen to Warboss, he seems to know his stuff.

You dont have to cook everything. Im pretty busy so I eat a lot of oats and tins of tuna. No preparation there.
