Hey it's styles again at the end of my first week of boot camp. Well it took me more than a couple outings to get 50 hellos/smiles but it's done. I'm gonna start reading week two tonight. It was an interesting exercise on people in general as you might imagine not all the hellos were hotties. It's actually a challenge to make eye contact with most attractive women and really people in general. There were a few surprises here and there. It's funny how a hot chick smiling back can add a little confidence. I got to the point where I'd say hi and catch myself from saying the number of the hi right after, like hi...34, hey...35...haha.

Hey Styles - say the number sometimes, who cares?

Say "Hi 34!" or "Hey 35" - leave them puzzled and thinking about what that guy meant all day and walk off laughing to yourself.

It will help get you in to the mind-state of not caring what they think and saying what you want - for your enjoyment and reasons.
