Do it for fun, like "hide and seek'... Just don't tell her, and see if she tracks you down. Go camping/fishing with your buddies or something.
There are no tangible ways to demonstrate nothing. This reminds me of when I was 22 and I called the girl I was chasing and said "I don't want to see you anymore" and she said "You called ME!". Don't tell her you don't want to see her anymore. Just don't see her anymore.
Telling her is bad because either:
A) You end up seeing her again so you don't seem genuine and become the boy who cried wolf.
B) You don't see her but there is no mystery because you told her what you were going to do.
You only want to be with women who like you enough to either initiate, or eagerly reply even months later if you write to them. So just don't do anything, and if she doesn't initiate it's over.

But, if you are a relationship guy... just don't be too accommodating. Don't be a d!ck on purpose, but don't just go along with everything she wants to do. If she wants to do something that you just don;t want to do, tell her no.
But it is give and take, if she is doing things you like, but she hates well... you have to give in once and a while, just don't be one of those pathetic "Yes, dear" wimps.
Another thing, keep in shape and always look good, if you grow a pot belly and make no effort towards yourself, she'll get the idea that you aren't going anywhere and she would be right. If you look like you could get another women with the snap of your fingers she'll assume you will walk if she's not the best she can be.

I treat every text response I send as if I'm walking away and not looking back. You speak your mind and let the chips fall.
A couple weeks ago a recent plate gave me excuses why she couldn't make plans ("I'm exhausted and swamped at work"). My response, "I know the feeling. Check your calendar and let me know when you're free, because it would be great to see you." Pleasant, straightforward, direct. I walked away. It took her almost two weeks but she got in touch because I didn't, and if I didn't say anything, she realized that she'd never hear from me again and I was okay with that.
We had a date set up within 2 hours of her getting in touch. And this time her schedule was clear.

Some are worth it, some arent!
Remember your the man! Don't ever wait around for her to call or text! You have a life and it's a great one! If she picks up on this she will gravitate to you!
Once the line is crossed into what you consider unacceptable, you need to have boundaries, then that is as they say that.
Don't ever compromise your principals for a woman!
If you think she is worth it, say "it used to be cute how you would do ... but lately it's getting old"
