“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hey guys
So start out im around 1,75cm and wight something like 60kgs thing is im damn skinny.Need some advice on that.
Also i do a small and simple workout of 40push ups(2 sets)60 abs(2 sets)and 30 squats(also 2 sets)and when possible i go out and run sometimes for 1hour(my house is cursed with a terribly bad running route so i cant do better than that). I cant hit the gym(no money and usually no time)but i believe i can get more body mass at home perhaps changing my diet.Any tips?

If you really can't afford a gym, check this out:

http://www.rosstraining.com/

Diet should be something like:

http://www.sosuave.net/forum/showthread.php?t=134782

Getting 1.5-2g of protein per pound of bw.

Stuff like sandbags, wheelbarrows, sledgehammers are probably what you want to look at. You can make a sled really easily and get sand/stones (very cheap), that would probably work well. But check out the above, there should be a lot of options.

Good luck,

Quagmire

1.Shakes differ. When I started out I would have two scoops of whey+4 raw eggs+a little water. There are shakes that have carbs with oats or whatever but I haven't ever done that. It will depend on weight/goals.

2.If you are REALLY tight for time start off on five meals a day and see how you get on. You are going to have to persevere if you want to see gains. When I was at school I would take a raw egg shake + meat laden sandwiches. It really isn't hard. I started a job the other day and I am taking the sandwiches+two shakes. You just have them on breaks or whatever. I see guys complaining about this all the time, I really don't see the problem. Take the stuff with you in a bag for christs sake.

3.Yes, see the recipe above. You put it in a container and blend it together.

Gonna get all that diet food tomorrow and do a slight tweak on my workout to make it better. It will take some time to get used to all those shakes but screw it.no pain no gain.

The shakes taste good...get the ON 100% gold standard whey and try a flavor of your choice.

also...do what quag said but also lose the hard running...low intensity is fine. Your just losing more mass on a improper diet

Squats, deads, chins, dips, bench, shoulder press, and lotsa core... Train 3, max 4 times per week to give your body maximal ability to recover. Run on off days, max 2-3 per week.

3500 cals/day with 200 g protein divided up into 5-6 meals.

You won't need any running with the above training.

if you enjoy running, by all means run. but realize that it's counterproductive to your other state goals.

If you wanna gain some muscle, keep it to twice a week, jogging, have some sugar (fast release carb) before and after. Less or equal to 30 minutes.

The main problems are, you don't wanna 1) lose calories and therefore lose mass and 2) f*ck up your body's recovery from weight training. Running ain't gonna do anything for your CNS.

Start stuffing the protein and calories down (200g+++, 3000++ calories) and get yo' ass under the barbell ;)

ok. full stop. what are your goals here? what are you willing to sacrifice and what are you not willing to sacrifice? if you're skinny, you need to eat more, it's not much more complicated than that.

For skinny guys, smart eating is only: Heaps of calories and protein. The way I judge the amount is to make sure I always feel so full that if i ate anymore id be sick.

clearly you are a genius. you will always find a way to talk yourself out of what needs to be done to meet your goals, rather than be explicit about those goals and head towards them.

Biting food is different then EATING to grow. I see people bite beef jerky sticks at work every 2hrs and eat some pringles, and that is NOT eating.

You won't get huge from martial arts, but if you eat heaps you will fill out a little. Most people get a slightly bigger back/arms/arse in the first 3 months of training muay thai then their body gets used to it and they stop growing.
