"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Was there ever "that moment"?

Has there ever been one particular low moment that caused you to change for the better (like from and AFC to a DJ)?

If you are confused by the question, here is my example...

For me, it was last year's Homecoming Dance. At the time, I was a nervous-as-h*ll Junior. It was the first Homecoming Dance I went to. It was such a dark moment for me in my mind - I was waaay too nervous to dance (I'm not real good at it anyway lol), ZERO girls approached me (but they did approach my friends - right in front of me!) and I spent the entire dance terrified. There was more things that weren't too good that also occured (mainly with the whole nervous/stiff thing).

This moment has remained in my mind ever since, and it hurts to even think about it. However, this moment changed my life for the better. After the dance, I was so angered/frustrated that I started to become more confident in my abilities and I borke out of my shyness shell. I just keep saying to myself "I don't want this to ever happen again."

My Homecoming Dance this year is tonight. Hopefully, the "new me" will emerge and I will have a better time.

So, has there been any one moment (particularly low) that has caused u to appraoch things differently in terms of girls AND made you think "change is needed"?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

The day the girl I would have sold my soul for told me (on my bed) that I needed to get a life...

I did... ;)

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

For me it began with a girl.....

I adored that girl, but she never liked me back "I'd rather be your friend, because if we started going out, then split up I'd nver see you again" So I became one of her best girlfriends. I got to listen to her sex stories.....about the guy she blew off in a park.....about the sex in a hot-tub. I was a loyal friend, then one day she had a go at me for looking out for her. So I thought "**** this" and went after her sister.....she f*cked with me and my emotion, so I f*cked her sister.
