"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

today was the 2nd day of class, gym class. Girl had been smiling at me while exercising, so I went over there said something like "wow you've been on this thing all day" (she was on it for a while)her reaction was kinda like "*fake laugh* ya i know. Then she asks me "im doing 150 right" and I responded "no your doing 50, you got all excited didnt ya" and she responded kinda positive and dramatic. But then she just finishes and says ok im done and leaves. lol, a few minutes later i had the feeling i was a lil too rude, she isnt that hot but has a lot of guys staring at her bodacious bod(really nice ass). Im somewhat muscular, so I wonder if that compared with my responses and her not-so-hotness had a disadvantage. Next time i see her should i just be more charismatic/nice?

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

It's imperative that you smile and have energy if you're going to be ****y/funny. Otherwise, you'll come off as a jerk. Make sure she knows you're playing around. I wouldn't go so far as to totally reverse your personality around her the next time you two happen to see each other, but try to understand how she might perceive your well-intended comments.
