"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Hi All,

I've been reading a lot about how people go from being an AFC to being cool, confident and able to attract lots of woman.

What I am looking for is what you actually did to make this transition? There's lots of advice on the forum, but nothing that actuallys says how you did this. Most responses are the same - don't worry about what people think, just do it, etc but how about actually telling us 'how' to do these things?

I mean, surely you didn't wake up one morning and suddenly not care what other people think.

I'm especially interested in more details on how you actually 'kino'd' the girl. I'm tired of reading 'I kino'd her all night', etc.

Looking forward to your responses.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I'll be back to answer this. It's a good question.

But right now I'm going to bed.

In short, i just tried to not care, and started acting like i didn't care, and at first i was just acting, but the more and more i did it, i realised the only person i have to answer to at the end of the day is me.

Engage strangers in conversation, talk to the checkout lady, talk to everybody, the more you adopt a "i dont care if this person likes me because there's another person over there that might" the more it'll become part of you.

I think we need a new shorter DJ bible.

Bombarding the incoherent with massive amounts of information written by experts is pointless.

You can't absorb the DJ bible in its entirety if you are clueless.

You have to understand whats motivating each specific woman and that you want to get affection. Motivate them to give you affection.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
