"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I don't know why it's so hard for me to walk down the street without looking straight ahead most of the time. I'm pretty shy as you can imagine, but I know it's also common for people who don't have a lot of confidence. The thing is, I know I look good, dress good..etc it's like a habit of looking down at the ground at 10 seconds, People who are walking down the street who look straight ahead the whole time ..without turning their heads look like walking stiffs, what are they looking at? Besides scenary that isn't changing. It's better to have your head up and look around, no? Or focus on sidewalk ahead.. Look at cars..etc

I am over analyzing I know, I just need to brake this habit. I am a pretty confident person, moreso now then I've ever been I just can't get over this.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

DOTD you say that you have don't have a lot of confidence and are very shy.

Let me ask you a question? So if you see an attractive one when you are walking past her what do you do? Do you keep your head down and ignore her?

If you go to the main page of sosuave go to the articles and quick tips section and look at the following articles:

DOTD, you are a disgrace to men everywhere! Just kidding dude. But seriously, you gotta keep your head up! If you do that, you'll look way more confident.

force yourself to do it and force yourself to progress. People lacking these basic skills must force it otherwise they will get no where or it will take a very long time

it all comes down to how bad you want it

Thanks Guys. I've been reading a lot on here and have learned much in the process. I don't know why it was so hard for me to understand that I am the only person holding me back and it just seems so silly to me now that I've been acting like I have over the past years without much confidence/self-esteem ..it comes down to ME. I Have control over it. One of the quotes I read on here really hit home:

"Its funny. You spend all this time worrying about what people think about you and then one day you wake up and realize that nobody really cares".

It just clicked and I basically said to myself "Why the hell am I torturing myself with all this negative thoughts and constantly worried about what others think". Thanks Again :D

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
