I have no reason to believe that she is a guy, actually I had sex with many girls with such proportion in eastern europe.
They have slender figures compared to western european women which usually have bigger asses and wider hips, same thing with asian girls that are usually thinner.
Personally I like small firm asses as long as the whole body has those proportions.

There are no curves there. Where are the birthing hips? Doesn't have to be exaggerated, but there doesn't appear to be any pelvic flare at all. Where's the indented waist? There's no hourglass shape at all. The body lines are straight as a board. No side boob. And even the ankles look pretty thick for someone so thin, if it's a female.
