Lol, the dude just got out of Philippines jail and got deported to Russia where he will fight in the front lines. Currently in Miami.

To get to the front lines you have to have experience, and you have to sign a contract. You can't go there just because you want to.

There is no draft.

Conscription exists for young dudes, up to the age of 27. You don't get sent to war because you're a liability, you get your buddies killed. If you was in another country during your 18 to 27 age, like he was, it does not count against you.

Even if Vitaly wanted to go and fight nobody would take him.

He will most likely come back to United States, because he has a Green Card. That absence for 9 - 10 month won't be a barrier. Conviction in Philippines won't be a barrier.
