"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Hey people.

Long time lurker, first time poster.

Just a little question, who here uses visualization to help better there game? I often here people say they imagine themselves as successful people and bang they become successful (Although not as quickly as I made it sound there).

This has had be thinking that the same thing could be used to assist in picking up girls. Which brings back to the question above of does anyone use this to benefit the game?

Thanks for any advice

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

All top athletes utilise visualisation to put themselves in performance mindsets before they compete.
There is no reason why it cannot work for you also in any aspect of your life.

In fact one PUA, Hypnotica, even has one called "The attractivator" which is a 20 minute audio hypnosis to get you to associate a finger gesture that you make to having successful experiences with women.
Personally, I think it's pretty good and get's me in a good place when I use it.

However, thinking about girls on it's own will not get you girls.
The best (and hardest) strategy is to go out and get rejected again and again and again until you are over it.

It is a powerful thing. But is not easily achieved and must be controlled.

Apparently, before he was ultimately successful, JimCarey visualised himself being given a cheque for 10million once upon a time and a few years later he was handed a cheque for 10million for his role in Dumb and Dumber.

I use it a lot in sport and it does work. Learning o act with one's whole is closely allied to achievement though. I agree with Johnny that attracting women is not really that straight forward. May be better to visualise other successes and reap the other associated, but less tangible success that accompany personal achievement.

Yes I've used it and it worked. You have to put energy into it. If you do some more research online you will find some good techniques.

Sure have...

I've visualized chicks naked before approaching them, or, visualized my cøck sliding between the boobs I've been staring at. I've visualized the color of her underwear, the look on her face when she's cümming, even "visualized" the sound of her voice when she moans.

It gets you in the right mode, and you act accordingly. I think Señor Fingers' "Weapons of Mass Seduction" touches on this, too, with regards to approaching.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
