“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

For those of you who don't know what a varicocele is, it's an enlargement of the veins in the spermatic cord because of faulty veins that allow backflow of blood.

In my case I have a grade III varicocele (the worse) and I am just getting into weightlifting again. I rarely have any pain because of it but sometimes there is a aching feeling.

I do not know what approach to take to this situation as I've heard that keeping a varicocele can cause permanent testicular damage (infertility, lower testosterone levels) and I've noticed less erections (no morning wood :(). I believe that surgery would raise my T levels again but it would also stop me from lifting/sex for 1-2 months.

I would simply like some opinions on how you might approach this situation, quick fix surgery? or wait it out, get a jockstrap lift and see how it handles?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Would the jockstrap help the area to heal? Or is surgery the only option to restore full function.

Take whichever route will heal, with the least risk. If surgery is the only way then bite the bullet for a couple of months and let it heal for good.

If you want to be stupid and risk permanent testicular damage by not getting it treated, you have every right to do so.

I'm afraid it wouldn't help heal, varicoceles are permanent. It would just help reduce the stress from lifting.

I believe I'll go for the surgery, they say that they are generally harmless but CAN cause damage but I would rather not take the risk especially if it meant not having children.

Thanks.

Just go see a vascular surgeon. There's lots of minimally invasive endovascular procedures they can do now. If there's anything minimally invasive available for your condition, then your recovery time will be short, and you'll be back to living your life.

Most of us here aren't that well versed in vascular interventions, so just go see an expert.

Do the surgery. You will be glad when its all done.
Just remember to take it easy after the surgery.
