That's hilarious. I hope you get slapped....HARD.
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Oh, and I too would like to know what Gio is doing. He has a girl that he's in an LTR with so maybe instead of insulting people he could tell others what he's doing for V-Day.![]()
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
Is it just me, or has this Liz girl taken a very unusual interest in me and my personal life?Originally posted by Liz
Gio,
Although I find this to be a bit much, I hope your girlfiend likes all that you have planned
And even though I see you skating through the question do you have any REAL thoughts?
I just find that your thoughts are usually provoking to some degree to all users of this forum. Whether they are good thoughts toward you or not. And it seems also that you say you have a knowledge of what a DJ should be so why don't you enlighten people to how you really work your skilz in real life. I just see a lot of sacasm and not a lot of real life.Originally posted by Giovanni Casanova

My girlfriend has been known to read this site from time to time, and I therefore cannot divulge my Valentine's Day plans until after the fact. However, they are certain to be a hit.Originally posted by Liz

Sorry I believe that My Man is better than Gio. Besides 'Edge' if you had been posting here also I would have asked your opinions too, because you have been around awhile and may be serious with the people that post.Originally posted by The Edge

LIZ IS YOUR GIRLFRIEND'S ALIAS SHE USES ON THIS SITE!!![]()
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
I think you're on to something, Edge. You know she's lying when she says this:Originally posted by The Edge

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.
Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
