Uses for block of land?

Hey

I rent half a house and there's a very large unused block of land out my back door.

Any interesting/novel ideas what to do with it?

The owner keeps the grass cut, theres harldy ever anyone there and it feels like its going to waste.

Some ideas I had:

soccer,
cricket (mightnt work because the ground is uneven)
car party (have eveyrone bring their car and park it there)

Since you don't own the land, you'd have to ask the owner before adding to it. I'd say just throw parties and stuff out there. Play frisbee or something.

I've always liked the concept behind a destruction derby.

But anything to do with drinking and socialising sounds on the money. Car party it is!

You could try and buy both pieces of property, merging them. The value of the two together should be more than the sum of each individual value.
