"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

My GF said she really wants a ring for a present, she mentioned it was because she doent have one and just likes one. I say ok, I will think about it but I have something else in mind.

So I eventually buy a ring and on presenting it to her she says I have claimed her and we are now engaged! and told her friends? Is this standard procedure? and she was very very excited, so I have kept my cool.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

thanks, I reckon this sounds better, to be evasive because we live together and don't want a bad situation.
I know I made a big mistake to buy the ring, but I was foolish and didn't understand the consequences as I have spoken to other women and they think that you only give a ring if you want to go the distance. I personally need a lot more time to make any kind of decision like this.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

It is silly how women these days playing men and men "keeping it cool" even evenery one else know it is wrong .
man this called scam , she engaged herself to you without your consent , and you know that but you are afraid to speak .
What would she do if you did that for her ?
you are proving for her that she can force you to any thing she want .
rollback the situation and tell all the friends you are not engaged yet and it is just a joke , if she tell you you embarrassed me , tell her this is a lesson to not say thing on behalf of me

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Dear BoilerMaker,
Yes Bibles got his fair share of smarts when the Good Lord was shovelling them out!...But getting back to John...I agree a Promise Ring or Friendship ring....Your Woman is very tricky, she will spring you in front of witnesses,so be prepared...One of them will ask, when the big day is?...You MUST have a plausible answer ready....A year, two years out,can often seem safe, when she suggests it,but it isn't....Sure as God makes little Apples it rolls around...You are involved in a Battle of wits with this Girl, the stakes are high so keep your Powder dry mate!

Standard procedure is not to be a wishy-washy sissy boy, pvssyfooting around and trying to avoid straight talk.

If you want her to marry you, ask "Will you marry me?" If you didn't say precisely those words, and if she didn't say "Yes" without any "but..." you're not engaged. She's playing you for a fool. Dump her azz now.

John1234- your girl is a manipulator and you are a puppet on a string. good luck.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

It's a trap! Only a manipulative, control freak would do this. Stay and she'll control all aspects of your life forever. Leave and you can find a woman that follows your lead, as it should be.

Also, I've seen worse. I once saw a woman picking out her own engagement ring at the jewelry store all by herself.

Hey! ... thats exactly what I did when i was 17 to my now wife. She finds that ring more important than the wedding ring.

To the OP. I would do that .. she will cherish that ring forever if you dont break up.

Epi

Edit to add that: When we got married ... we got our rings from a pawnshop lol (paid 300bux for BOTH rings lol)... didnt want a fancy expensive ring and my wife stressed this too. She told me she rather spend the extra money going on the honeymoon. SO thats what we did.
<3 mah wife!

I don't think you understand the meaning of the term "keeping your cool". If you are facing a deadly threat and manage to prevail by staying calm and collected, you are keeping your cool. If you are witnessing a scam being pulled on you and say nothing, you are just being a pvssy.

P.S. if a girl asked me to buy her a ring because "she didn't have one", I'd buy her this: http://www.nuvaring.com/Consumer/index.asp

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
