"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

So lets see. My exgirlfriend is still stalking me. Her friends say she described me as her "knight in shining armor" which I guess means I was one kick ass DJ lol. But there is a dance this Saturday and last night I got myself a date. Piece of cake if you ask me. I've realized that my ex was about as tough a girlfriend as you get and now I have no trouble asking out anyone I want.

In fact I asked out two of the hottest girls around. Each a 8 or 9/10. Both have boyfriends(they do in fact I know the guys, true DJs themselves lol). But just the fact that I did dropped my AFC friends jaws. They say I sure have some balls.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Your point?
Point? No point. The thread was titled "Update" and that's simply what it is. Not everything has to be a question. An update as a simple thank you to the people who have helped me in prior experiences on this forum who may happen to see it as they are browsing through and recognize it. Nothing more :)

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
