“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Hi guys,

This sounds a bit odd but my digestive system/diet seems to be totally out of sync. I've started eating really well for about 3 weeks now and what I've noticed is that I need to crap a few times in the morning and can't eat breakfast because I just don't feel hungry. I usually skip it - but feel that breakfast is such an important meal and without it my metabolism must be slowing down?

Cheers

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I use to be the same way many years ago. I simply wasn't hungry in the morning and this was because thats how my body was trained by when I ate my meals.

I recommend eating SOMETHING in the morning even if your not hungry. Keep doing this and you body will get use to it and the result will be that you WILL get hungry for breakfast. (might take a few days to few weeks.. as this will reprograms your body's meal time clock a bit. Make sure your being consistent.)

Morning cardio will solve this or if you don't want to do morning cardio. Say you wake up at 6am, get a glass of water and drink that, bs around on the computer or whatever then at 7am have the first meal and make it light, something like a small shake and eggs

raw eggs and oatmeal shakes, you don't need to be hungry to consume liquids.

Make sure you frink a couple of glasses of water to aid in the dumping process.
This will flood up your guts and clear you out quicker. You should get really freakin' hungry right after a good dump in the morning.

Clear it out first thing, that way it'll make eating easier since you won't feel 'full'.

If you take a protein shake or something thick, and you go out, you risk getting the uncontrollable craps.
So clear it out first by drinking a lot of water as soon as you get out of bed.

I used to never be hungry in the morning, but after I decided to lose some fat and not eat a second dinner/very large dinner, it really helps.

If I feel hungry before I sleep (and have already eaten dinner) I'll be starving in the morning...uh...duh:)

Don't know what I can do about your rectum, but if you're in the situation where you really wanna take a crap but it just doesn't...work...and it's not exactly constipation...coffee might speed up the process.

I'm the same way. In fact it's not just a hunger thing, but eating a decent sized breakfast first thing in the morning gives me a stomach ache. I really don't like eating before 10am.
