Ok so this girl that i have been having sex with on and off asked me to rub her while im penetrating her. Not an unusual request, so i do it a bit. The problem? I eventually not intentionally stop playing. So afterwards she asks next time we do this dont stop rubbing at the end.

Im not a moron, but its like patting your head and rubbing your stomach at the same time. Its easy to do if you concentrate. However, my experience has been i lose concentration the more stimulated i get.

Yeah I guess the best bet is to have her do it herself. I just thought it would be something that somebody has figured out. Plus it would most likely be a plus to know
