ok I've been working out for a few months now (2months+ I think). Anyways, recently I've been gaining weight like crazy and I don't know what the hell is going on. I'm not doing anything differently. Maybe I sleep a little more, but that's about it. Although the past 2-4 days I didn't exercise a lot. BUT THE WEIGHT GAIN IS SCARY WTF IS GOING ON AHH!?!?!:cuss:
