This one's going to be a good one. I'm not even that big on the Adesanya vs Periera fight as mucha s I am Jorge Masvidal vs GIlbert Burns . I do however want Israel Adesanya to win that.. Fight fans are so wack-- they used to d-ride Israel like crazy, but the moment he loses, they all turn against him and d-ride Periera.. whos pretty new to the UFC. I mean most people didn't even know who the guy was before that last fight... is dude a beast? Yeah seems like it but overall rooting for the underdog here. It's funny we can even call Israel that.. considering he's one of the best in the UFC at Middleweight.
Masvidal was hinting at being over with the sport if he loses to Burns.. which sounds like a strange thing to do but I'm guessing he's probably got offers on the table from WWe.. I can easily see them giving him an interesting Cuban / Miami gangster character that would work well for him. I know that it just bothers him that hiis last 3 fights were losses.. but he's still such a huge draw.. leaving the UFC wouldn't be the right move in my opinion, but if the moneys calling elsewhere, can we blame him?
As far as predictions, I think Burns could have him with one good hook sinc ehe has alot of KO power.. But I think Jorge's personality might intimidate him a tiny bit.. I feel like Jorge's going to put alot of pressure on him and not let him really breath.
