"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

By the second half, Joakim Noah was starting to have some fun - at the expense of the Bruins. He smiled, winked and even blew a kiss to UCLA cheerleaders who mocked him on college basketball's biggest stage.

"They were talking a lot of trash," Noah said. "It was crazy. They were just talking crazy to me, like, 'You're so ugly.' I mean, it hurts when you have so many beautiful girls out there just telling you how ugly you are and stuff.

"When somebody is screaming all that stuff at you, the best thing I could do was blow a kiss, and maybe they like me."

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

That's the nature of the game, it's their job to harass the other team's players. Too bad they couldn't deter Noah's 6 monster blocks in that massacre of a national championship. UCLA's number was up after the tip off. I'm sure Noah had (and is still having) his fair share of hot broads at UF, and i'm sure the ULCA cheerleaders will enjoy getting with there "attractive" second place bruins back in california.

Why do they even have cheerleaders? Are the athletes so stupid they're gonna go, "Oh man, some half-naked chicks are cheering me, I've suddenly gained more confidence!"

Why not spend the cheerleaders' salaries on perks for the players? (like hookers)

The first cheerleading squads were all dudes.

http://inventors.about.com/library/inventors/blpompoms.htm
The first cheerleaders were organized by Princeton Pep club member Thomas Peebler. The six cheerleaders performed at a Princeton University vs University of Minnesota American football game on November 2, 1898. The head cheerleader was Johnny Campbell and all six cheerleaders were men. Women cheerleaders did not appear until the early 1920s.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Those comments must have really hurt, considering that his team won the National Championship, he is MVP of the tourney, and he's going back to his homestate to f*ck every hot girl on campus.

I say hats off to Noah, instead of talking trash back he winked, then ruined UCLA's sh1t on the court where it matters.

college cheerleaders don't get paid and the pros i think maybe get 50 bucks a game

and yeah I think cheerleaders are pointless and those girls won't think he's so ugly (which he is) when he signs his NBA contract

Noah's has some class.

They discussed this on 'Best Damn Show Period' last night, got a good crackup from the audience. I guess we could all relate to hot chicks calling us ugly, eh? ;)

I'm just thinking though... there's nothing a couple million dollars can't fix. Plus he has braces, so ANYBODY loses appeal with that. Once they're off, he'll be aight.

Only if a multi-million dollar contract could buy a world championship.... hmmm...

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
