Yes. Turn off the PS3 and go for a walk. Just a walk, no iPod, no friends... nothing. Just take a relaxing walk by yourself distraction free for 20min.
The ideas will flow after awhile. The key is to let them happen, distraction free. Then do whatever you think is best.

Have a car, bike? Work on it, clean it, mod it. Play guitar, listen to some music, go jogging... etc. There's lots of things to do.

Get a new hobby. If you spend 15 minutes searching on the internet you can find something you may really enjoy.

For example I brew wine for fun, its very cheap and easy. As a bonus you dont have to be 21 to make.
