"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I see a lot of guys including myself in the past trying to do everything right, and thinking about it, over-analyzing situations way too much.

And what happens when you do that is that when it doesn't go as perfect as you want and something happens, you get frustrated about that. Like **** i screwed up it over, i failed. Back to the drawing board. It doesn't work like that.

First of all the mistake you made isn't usually as bad as you think, but because you compare it to the perfect situation too much it only seems like that. Secondly the fact that you feel bad about making that "mistake" and start to act differently towards the woman because of it, trying to overcompensate to fix the "mistake", hurts your chances way more than any mistake you could possibly make. Because that is pure insecurity, and women see right through you.

Just relax, be positive & trust your own strength. Being both comfortable and confident is what creates your success.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

The only mistake a man can ever make is valuing a woman's opinion more than his own. Never put ANY woman on a pedestal EVER for ANY reason.

Your happiness and what you want out of life always trumps a woman's opinion. If a woman doesn't do what you want her to.. its not because you "made a mistake" its because either you're giving her too much credit, you're a co-dependent homo, or she is just a b!tch. Either way.. don't chase.. replace.

There is nothing to analyze when it comes to women and their behavior. If you have something a particular woman wants.. she will act right. If you have nothing she wants.. she will act however she feels like acting and there is little you can do about it.

To be alpha is to be free. Free to be, act, think and behave however you want.. regardless of how women feel about it and regardless of what they think about it. Its not about following the rules of attraction.. its about setting yourself FREE to make your own f*cking rules and with no apologies.

One thing that I discovered in a LTR I was in is that mistakes are part of her attraction toward you. As Pook once said, perfect is boring. You need to fvck up once in a while to keep things interesting and unpredictable.

I know there is a lot of logic in here though it does not completely connect with me. To some extend yes, the opposite of this would be making the woman the center of your world and following her like a puppy dog and this being the complete opposite.

I feel what i want will be somewhere in the middle though, this just sounds a bit too extreme to me. I do have my dreams, career and social activities that i would never let her get in the way of. But i also do value having a woman in my life that respects my life and would not get in the way of it but support me with it. And yes maybe i would partly compromise if she is worth it.

This is something i hadn't really thought about before but it makes sense. Emotional swings do make things interesting and keeps things from getting dull. I've been pushing myself to let go of the fear of making mistakes and be more authentic even if it is outside of PUA rules. This fact will make that road easier as i realized it. Thanks Desdinova.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
